Freimuth Family Photos

Last Sunday I headed up to Portland and took advantage of a break in the weather with the Freimuth Family. We had fun taking photos of their different family groups.

Titus is One!

We took advantage of a rare warm, sunny, windless day in Seaside this weekend and took one year old photos of Titus. Seaside has some wonderful places for portrait photos. Swing sets on the beach, water, sand, tall beach grass and drift wood. I would love to go back soon to do some more.

Swan Island Dahlia Fields

As much as I love shooting weddings and seniors sometimes it is necessary to get out and do something different. On Sunday my CoWorker and I took advantage of an afternoon break in weather and drove up to the Swan Island Dahlia Fields in Canby to get some shots before they harvested. There were so many bees pollinating the flowers that you had to shake them off if you wanted to get a flower shot sans bees. The wings of the bees were so fascinating to look at through a macro lens! It was a lot of fun and we got some beautiful shots of the flowers. I tried to narrow it down to just a couple for the blog, but had such a hard time choosing, so here's more than a few...

Zach's Senior Photos

This past week I shot Zach's Senior photos for Winddancer.
Zach is a football player at Corvallis High School so we spent some time on the football field as well as wandering around the Highschool making use of the architecture and early fall colors.

Leanna's Senior Photos

Another great shoot with Winddancer Photography last night. Sue and I took Leanna up to Bezell Park last night and had perfect summer evening lighting for her shoot.
